At DBD Society, we care about the quality of every piece we deliver.

If your item arrives with a printing defect, manufacturing issue, or visible damage, you may request a replacement or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request assistance, please contact us with:

* Clear photos of the issue
* A brief description of the problem

Approved cases may qualify for:

* A replacement item
* Partial refund
* Full refund (depending on the situation)

Please note:

* We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection.
* Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
* Items must be unused and in their original condition.
